And a poem unfurled from you
Like a loose frond of hair from your nape
To be clipped and kept in a book

The sky leans on me, me, the one upright
Among all horizontals.

I can't believe it, I've actually been writing poems!

2 more new ones today, hope you like.

oh, and I cracked the iambic pentameter... poetry with regular rhythm hear I come!

I wrote something in free verse as well though... oddly, I find it far more difficult than writing with a rhyme scheme (my peronal preference being couplet). I'm almost happy with 'Water' although the ending still doesn't seem right (help!).
